– Give us a brief back story on yourself
I’m Paul. I’m an Aerospace Engineer that has developed a passion for working out. I’ve competed in 3 bodybuilding shows and plan to compete again in the not-so-distant future.
-Start date to your goal
I don’t remember the exact date, but it was somewhere in late 2009, I discovered Absolute Nutrition in early 2010.

-What was your Motivation to change?
I was a gym rat in high school and kept myself in pretty good shape, but after my first two years at UAH, I had fallen out of the habit of going to the gym and was turning into a prototypical engineer, overweight, unattractive, and socially awkward. I didn’t like the guy I saw in the mirror.

-What kept you going on hard days?
My desire to compete. I don’t cope with losing very well, even when I’m losing to myself.

-How did Absolute Nutrition’s products and staff
help you accomplish your goal?

-Supplements recommended
There isn’t much at Absolute Nutrition that I haven’t taken over the years, but the staff helped me to understand the importance of proper supplementation.

-Diet Recommendations
The staff at Absolute Nutrition taught me to “Eat Big to Get Big” and helped me understand the difference in eating a lot, and eating a lot of clean foods.

-Training recommendations
The staff at Absolute Nutrition helped me to understand that there is more to training than just going to the gym and moving something. They helped me discover movements to specifically isolate muscle groups in order to induce a more effective growth pattern.

-What kind of changes and progress did you notice?
When I began working with Absolute Nutrition I was 185 lbs with virtually no muscle and a belly. Today I am 230 lbs, have competed in 3 bodybuilding shows, and can pick up just about anything you put in front of me.

-Who worked with you?
Good Ole Fistpump

On a scale of 1 to 10, how would you rate your experience with blue? I’d give Absolute Nutrition a 10.
